Lelchuk will assume the responsibility of overseeing all facets of the company’s sales and marketing initiatives while spearheading efforts to further brand awareness for its licensed, cornerstone and original properties.     “Andrew’s extensive experience and proven track record of success make him the perfect addition to NAMCO BANDAI Games’ executive team,” said Genichi Ito, President and Chief Executive Officer of NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. “As we look to expand our North American marketshare, Andrew will be instrumental in leading our efforts to achieve this goal by driving our consumer marketing and sales campaigns as well as our corporate visibility.”   Lelchuk joins NAMCO BANDAI Games with an impressive multi-faceted background which spans more than 25 years experience within corporate management, merchandising and design, marketing, licensing, sales, retail, manufacturing and M&A. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Ocean Pacific Apparel Corporation where he spearheaded corporate strategy development, as well as identified and implemented business growth strategies. During his seven year tenure, he was able to achieve consistent revenue growth and enhance the company’s global brand awareness. Prior to Ocean Pacific Apparel, he served as Director of Global Business Development at The Coca-Cola Company and was Director of Retail Business Development at The Walt Disney Company.  Lelchuk has also held various marketing and sales positions within the home furnishings industry for such companies as WestpointStevens and Burlington Domestics.
