We apologize for the discrepancies you may have encountered with your order of NAMCO BANDAI’s Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch™ – Wizard’s Edition. As one of our valued customers, we want to assure you that a Digital River representative will be reaching out to you individually via email to address your specific issue. Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch™ – Wizard’s Edition FAQ

Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order(s) has been cancelled, we will be reaching out to you by email with additional information as soon as possible. Look for an email from namcobandai.en.cs@digitalriver.com. If you do not see the email, be sure to check in your junk or spam mail folders.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet and when will it go out?
We apologize for the delay. Purchases now are being shipped. You will be sent an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. If we are unable to ship your purchase for any reason, we will contact you by email with additional information.

Can I still place an order?
Unfortunately, the product is sold out and we are unable to accept new orders.

Can I update my billing information?
If you have already placed an order and received an email notification that your payment information was not able to be authorized, please contact our Customer Service at 952-392-2057 for assistance.

Why was the product oversold?
Due to an error in our ordering system, the available inventory of Wizard’s Edition was oversold by mistake. We want you to know that Digital River does not take this situation lightly. We are implementing process improvements to prevent this issue from happening again and are committed to regaining your trust.

I would be very upset about the lack of communication had I not bought the digital version on psn in anticipation of late delivery. My card has been charged, but no email yet... we'll see! Love the in-game book, hope the physical one is just as pretty

Is there no tracking number? I got an email that it was sent today, does that mean that it was shipped out today? If so why not in its actual release date on Tuesday?

This is one huge screw up for you Digital River people

Just about everyone from the gaming community in forums across the Net know how unreliable you are. Word is spreading fast and hopefully soon Digital River will no longer be in service. I fully expect most corporations who use you to deliver their goods will soon get word of your incompetence.

I feel sorry for the good people there because they don't deserve to suffer due to piss poor management.

Thanks for charging me FOUR F"ING times for something I wanted ONE of. I had a duplicate order, and wanted to change shipping. I can't believe I have to try so hard to cancel a PRE-ORDER that you would not allow to be canceled no matter how many e-mails I sent you.

I hope your business burns to the ground for this, and i pray for the good people to actually get good jobs.

Lol... At least you got that. No emails or nothing. Sent two emails with no response. Getting pretty pissed off. I don't like it when people play with my money...

What I would like is for you to ship my package, I was charged two days ago and I paid $18 for overnight shipping in anticipation you would actually ship. I'll call your customer service line but from reading forums across the net I'll get the same BS answer. I hope Namco Bandai takes note of your crap service and stops utilizing the service you so call provide. I can't believe you actually function as a business.

Thank you for acknowledging the issue with status and delivery of the game to your customers. Rather than pose a series of questions in this forum now, I would like to request a timeline on WHEN I will be receiving a message from the Digital River. Tomorrow, within the next three days, or even next week any possible answer as to when I can expect to have my questions heard.

Considering the Ninostarter's existence should have given you more than adequate information as to this specific issue, I am very eager to have an explanation and having this situation resolved.

Since DR won't tell people this or actually give you your tracking # get your order number go to UPS and "Track by reference" it should populate it for you.

I paid for the overnight too... Was a bit disappointed that I wasn't here today. I've emailed trying to get answers and no response. Hopefully they'll start responding like now? And they should refund shipping charges to the people that paid for overnight. Just my personal opinion..
