If anyone from the translation team from the game happens to read this, for the love of God please do not change Shizuku's name to Drippy and leave it that way. It's a horrible choice and it infantilizes the character and it's overblown with dumbing it down. You could make it something as simple as Lumos (Lou-mos) to make the name fit his character with the lantern. Shizuku would also provide illumination as to the world of Ni No Kuni and guidance for Oliver. Lumos is also a better name for a character who is supposed to be a great fairy.

Drippy just makes him sound like he has snot dripping from his nose or is walking around in soaked underwear. I understand that Shizuku means "droplet" in Japanese but you can have a little leeway in naming characters as direct or near direct translations aren't always the best option. You've already completely changed the names of towns and characters to things that are completely different so I have no idea why anyone would have chosen something as mundane as Drippy.

Even Ripple is better than Drippy, since water droplets cause ripples.
