Xbox360Armor Core V: who all is freezing up on Armor Core V?

Finally got past the City police Captain and the Chief with no problems, i get to the next Story Chapter and almost beat it after killing the green AC Unit it freezes 2 sec in the cut scene. Did a system reboot started playing mission Order mission 04 got to the end of that after time went out it didn't switch to cut s mission complete screen i got it only when i left the battle field and blew up. Same area i got stuck in a few places on the map during mission.

any one else been having issues with the game locking up on them? (This a new game copy its in mint conditioned)
