If it was the Dashboard being the problem, we'd all be having the same problems then, which therefore rules it out.

It sounds more like a frame rate display issue. Can you try switching resolution and see or going to PAL 60.00 on your Xbox to see if that changes anything

Pash, I really appreciate you try to help as much as you can, but I already said twice that I'm not using a HD tv (therefore I play old classic resolution, I think It is around 480x320 or so, but well It doesnt matter here), and everything is also set at PAL 60FPS (in the xbox menu), and this, my TV, works at 60FPS, with every single game of mine working as good as always BUT THE AC6 DEMO. I can't have framerate problems because I don't use a HD monitor, and my TV works at 60FPS. The proof is precisely that, that all my games still run fine but the ac6 demo.

That's why I wonder If the retail version (when I buy It again next week), will run as bad as the demo (now after the dashboard update, buggy one unlike anything seen before according to many many people out there), or, If It will work as bad as the ac6 demo If I install It on the HD, or, If It will run fine running It from the disc this time.

That's the problem I have now; i'm worried that ac6 is going to run as bad as I'm seeing now in the demo. My TV and console are ok.
