game arcades

hi peeps, i'm an older gaming guy (35) and i was wondering the other day 'how many coins' i would have wasted in gaming arcades over the years. Now days, i guess you have a psp or xbox- you stay at home and play, or go to a mates ? Years ago, we used to go to 'lock in sessions' at the arcades and the games had free credits for a few hours, you pay once and play anything all day ! These were games like 'ninja turtles' or 'airwolf' or even 'street fighter'. yes, and they even had pinball- ahh those were the days... riding pushbikes with mates to 'go gaming'.

I have a question. why did namco not make the cool x-box version of pacman for wii i have bought pacman party just to play the retro pacman game but it sucks it glitches it cheats and makes you go up when you press down if i would have known before i bought the wii that x-box had such a game i would have went that route but ofcourse i wanted to save a couple dollars

I have nickle and pay up front arcades within driving distance of my house. They have all those classic games.

Glitches? Makes you go up when you press down? Nobody I know has that problem. You must be doing something wrong. But exactly what do you mean by a "cool Xbox Version"? You realize you can download PAC-MAN from the Live Arcade Marketplace.
