Maxi vs Setsuka (Katana Master) Broken Destiny

I have won against everyone in quick match but her with my Maxi styled customized character, but the closest I got to winning against her was two wins in a row and then 3 losses in a row.
Also, does anyone know of a way to do stun recovery in the middle of her JF combos? Thanks.
