Some shadow dragons like Naturon Shenron is a giant character so it wouldn't fit with RB3. The only shadow dragons that would fit would be Nouva, Eis, Oceanus, and Syn (Omega) Shenron.


-Dragon Ball Characters: Although the only DB characters that I actually care about are Kid Goku, Master Roshi, and King Piccolo; the rest seem pointless in my eyes.

-Better customization settings for custom characters; they can do better.

-The only what if character that i want (if any?) is SSJ Bardock, i could really care less about an SSJ4 [insert saiyan name here].

-Give us the chance to defend ourselves during the cinematic of an ultimate attack: Like in Budokai 3 where for example Goku would use his super dragon fist, there be an attack and defense bar for both attacking and defending parties of the attack; whoever had the highest bar wins for either offense or defense. This gives the player the chance to at least take less damage during an ultimate attack and not just sit there helplessly and watch your character get beaten into a pulp during the cinematic.

-During the fights, add weather effects like thunder storms, rain and high winds during appropriate parts of the fight, it would make the fights more gawdly, lol.

-Make the A.I. Transform more often. My goodness every time I fight a computer for them transforming is like rare or something, they stick with the form you choose for them throughout the whole battle, a little lame.

-Make the arenas larger or without any invisible walls, the walls can still get in the way, especially when I'm trying to do a dragon rush and get quickly behind my enemy, the walls are sometimes in the way, make the arenas even bigger.

-Bring back Blast Stocks: Make it harder for people to use their supers and everything, because people online just spam their super attacks and frankly its gets annoying.

But they did improve the arena size A LOT. if possible plug a controller in for player 2 and make each other go to the opposite side of the map, there is a ton of room to play with.

The reason I think they took out blowing up the planet and being able to block opponents ultimates is because of online mode, it will be nice, but game dev cant afford to lengthen any fights online by cutscenes
-Perfect way to counter this is being able to switch it on or off. BT3 you were able to switch on and off the planet explosions, and you should be able to do so with blocking ultimate attacks.

Im for ssj Bardock, but you know kids will spam with ss4 gogeta, just like they do with gogeta and vegito now, because he is the "most powerful character in the db universe" thats why i am for ss4 Vegito. Not that I want him to use him online, its just that so every other fight wont be against ss4 Gogeta. This is a logic transformation too (not like ssj pan or ssj3 Teen Gohan), a nice what-if scenario could be made up from it and I want to see Final Kamehameha x100.

About the blast stock, they did make it so that you cant spam as much online, well when you have no items. If you notice super moves cost more ki this time. and even if they did add them back there is no way to stop a person from spamming moves online in a fighting game lol happens all the time.

The thing about transforming ai is brilliant. When I play they rarely transform. Every time they go into high tension they go raging soul instead so they never use their ultimate. and when I switch out they always do the air clash

but i prefer GT Goten, GT Trunks and GT Gohan much more than an Mushty mutshy or princes otto :rolleyes:

Yeah thanks, I rather face a tougher A.I. than play anyone online cuz people still SPAM online, I personally know this 1 guy who says that he can still SPAM no problem and the new combos are pointless, he can still win by just spamming afterimage and supers >_<

How strong, or smart, the CPU is. When you set them on "very hard" they're still "very easy" to beat, lol.

1. Spectator Mode (The limit for people to watch is set to none, this mean unlimited player can watch our skill.)

2. 4 VS 4 to make the battle more epic. Try to figure a way to not use the red ugly target that always interrupt when you switch target.

4. Fake character (most probably human female (not alien) because this game lacks it.)

5. Instead of making a Dragon Ball Raging Blast 3 why not just make a game like Where you combine anime character from different series and use the Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 fighting engine.

seriously... who needs a spectator mode? And nobody needs characters from different animes in a DB/Z/GT Game.. that's the worst idea i've ever heared.

They REALLY need to give the option to switch ultimates, there are so many moves and techniques left out that were displayed in dbz
