How often do you answer a question by going completely off topic?

If somebody asks a question about a particular politician why do some many people answer a question with a question? The whole point of the question was to get an answer to THE question not some answer that is just a question about somebody else.

Have you ever gone completely off topic to the question posed and if so , why don't you just get lost?

when you find yourself in that kind of situation it is important to remember that when all else fails you can always take it up with your local congressman, or governor of your local proletariat. i remember once when i was young being told to stand in the corner facing the wall, it was then i discovered the complexities and subtle beauty polychromatic paint. since that day ive spent my time learning to wrestle cockodiles, because steve irwin in my hero. the moral of the story is that I HATE SAUERKRAUT! rule of the internet number 9.
