SP mission 1 is unlocked by completing all missions once. SP mission 2 is unlocked after completing all missions on Ace.

In any case, I can't seem to beat the Balaur. Nothing I throw at it beats it. Any tips?
So... Excluding Cipher, wanna bet all Ace Combat player characters are the same man?

Destroy the jammers, shoot the TGT next to the Balaur without crashing into it (which I did for numerous time)
