Story:After Barack Obama won the President Challenge Bush called him and said ''I'm going to kill you'' then obama said ''are you sure'' after 1 month later then his family was kiddnaped by Bush Barack Obama Joined the king Of Iron Fist Tourument 7 to find Bush and his family.

I think a Shaolin would be a nice addition, Kendo could have a stick so not just Yoshimitsu with weapon* - no idea about most of the rest of that list tbh

As for stories i think the lost relation/revenge story is overdone - same with save world and unsuccessful restaurants etc

Maybe a movie star looking to prove self after being criticised for being a fake?

Believe Paul covers one of my others ideas - fighter looking to be #1, other being out for money - believe Lili kinda covers that along with others

So regarding stories i think the well is dry but characters there is some scope

*Think be ok to have one other character with a weapon - not wanna become Soul Calibur
