Which was your favorite?

So, now that I've pleaded my case to continue the series, I want to know why they ended it.

Was it because the 2nd one stunk so bad? Let's admit it...it did. If nothing else, the sheer amount of side quests took away from the story line. I understand that the original people working on the series got ousted after the 1st one. That probably had a lot to do with it.

So who liked the games?

The fist one was awesome.
The second one was dud, but needed to be played to continue the story line.
The third one was just as awesome, though. If you haven't played it because of the 2nd one go out and try it. You'll remember why you liked the first one so much.

Any thoughts?

The Xenosaga Trilogy was more of a movie than a game, but the whole series was still great, I would say that the last installment was the best.

I started playing Xenosaga from the second game and i loved it then but then i played the third game and i fell in love with it even more. afterward i tried to play the second and i realized how bad it was but i still liked it regardless. The ending was good yet disappointing and left a lot of my questions unanswered but I will always make xenosaga my personal fav rpg

Yeah, the 2nd installment wasn't as good as the 1st and 3rd but they all have their Pros and Cons, but the games are worth buying and playing.

Xenogears was the greatest and best. No Xeno-series game will even compare to xenogears.

Well, hmmm, I'd have to say Xenosaga 3. It was a great conclusion and I liked it's battle system, but I wanted the tech attacks back from ep. 1.

My favourite episode is Episode III. I started to play saga from this. Xenosaga is my first jrpg=) In the beginning I did not understand very much, but when I saw the battle between KOS-MOS and T-elos, I thougth - man, I like it! And after that I bougth second Episode and first, and go them from begiing to the end... Xenosaga is my the unique jrpg and the favourite... I bought NTSC PS2 for the sake of it...

Yeap no Xeno-series can out do Xenogears:rolleyes:. I just can't understand why there's no remake of this. If not something very very similiar to this, like a prequel or sequel?! Man, we even got Russians into this! HELLO!!!!

I only had played the episode 1 and 2, like most fans say, the episode 1 is better than the second, i?m looking forward to play the episode 3, i?ve seen a lot of videos of the game and it looks great, i think it would be my favorite, can somebody borrow me some money please???

One was phenomonal, and like most say, I found II to be disapointing. My favorite was indeed III which caused me to fall in love with the series.
