I like to do a combination of missiles. It usually confuses the AI. Fire off one missile, maybe an XMAA from far and as he breaks fire an AIM-9 in his direction and he won't know which way to go :)

You might also try this with a quick maneuver missile.

Awesome, a tactics thread. Anyone for online tactics? Also, anyone have any success with the Nosforatu online? I love that railgun.

Yup. With the release, we're just gonna keep getting new people, some that didn't even know of Ace Combat until now. Its gonna be so hard for me to not find out how the game goes since I go on the forum a lot. After a few weeks it should go back to normal... hopefully...

No. Well I think that I will make a topic about certain things that the Ace Combat Community hates when it comes to noobs err new people yeah. (newbs? WHATS THE RIGHT SPELLING?!?)

1. We hate the over useage of superplanes that in real life could not fly.

2. We don't want to see debate topics. We had too much in the other forum.

3. No more complaints topics! Most of the time they accuse the gamedevelopers, when in fact its their own fault!

I cried. I'm seroius. Same day it goes out of service I saw the F-14D prototype on the USS Intrepid in NYC.
