Except the confetti will either fall to the ground or get caught in the wind currents, which kind of kills your confetti blanket coverage plan. Oh and the pilots can just fly via instruments,

Confetti does not work as chaff. Although maybe it does for RC planes. It can however work as flares if you set it on fire, granted it burns up in a second.

I've never seen a Wii at a party. Or a Natal (fine, Kinect...grr) or PS Move or (going really far back now!) an Eyetoy.
