Oh man it was awsome. CF-18 nearly broke the sound barrier! Started to get the vaper piled up for the cloud then he pulled up and left with 100% burner...very loud...F-16C was louder though. And the F-15s based there were just awsome. Last show at the base though:( ...damn BRAC 2005.

Wow! 100% afterburner! That must have been LOUD! The F/A-18 I saw didn't it have afterburners on, and it was so loud.

At my show there was no F-15. :( But there was a C-130 flying, it started out with a steep climb and then banked towards the crowds, entering a controlled stall and recovering just above our heads. It was amazing!

.....really loud. Oh here is the English Electric Lightning at an airshow in South Africa. Loudest fighter ever IIRC. Wasn't there but be ready to turn up the volume on you pc!

Second one was better. Ever tried the B-2? Sure it may be stealthy but it is louder than any other bomber I've heard in real life:eek:

EDIT: Yeah I know. But it is quite a loud bird.

nah, B2 doesnt have burners, just very high rated turbofans, been there, done that, heard it!
