Although its weird you were charged now because it says on the store's FAQ that you won't be charged until shipping, even for pre orders. Either way, a message to Namco via the link above should help you clear things up and cancel the order as well if you need to.

I don't think they have any phone lines for support unfortunately, so the only way to get in touch is by email. In case the email format in the link above isn't working, their email address is: support (a) namcobandaigames.com (the (a) of course being the at symbol)

It doesn't hurt to send two emails. Better safe than sorry. It is a Saturday right now though, so you probably won't get a message until late Monday. You should get an email from someone by then.
