I can't believe they still charged so many people.. I hope the emails are indeed a mistake. I don't care that they give me my money back, they still got a few days of an interest free loan from me. Terrible.

Same here, now on my 3rd call (this time I am just going to inquire on my status). Bad site, bad code (my store account apparently did not get created correctly), bad customer service, bad call center with apparently bad phone lines: Digital River.

Im in the same boat. Order confirmation at 1:05 and cancelled. Namco has to make this right, they need to make more wizards editions and honor their pre orders. My kids will be devastated since they are huge Ghibli fans (me too BTW) and have been waiting for this game since it was announced. I will not be buying any more games, including this one, until this gets sorted. I waited a year already. Make this right Namco, and fire those buffoons. What is the point of the other pre order if there is no stock to sell.

I ordered 1/17 got the cancellation email called they said it's still good should be shipping 24-48hrs. But it seems a manager over there Ronnie is telling people that the email is correct and they oversold. So who knows at this point I guess the moral here is don't use Club Namco for anything and don't order anything where DR is involved.

This is crazy. I got the cancellation after I was confirmed that my order was in process. After talking to a CSR I was told that the email was a mistake and that the item is still shipping. I still have a hold on my CC as well. Has anyone had any clarity on this? It sounds like we are all getting different stories from the CSRs.

Safe to say 90% of us are not receiving our orders. Anyone defending Namco needs to seriously think: People who preordered last year are reporting cases of cancelled/problem orders. This of course leads one to think that the 1/17 restock was in fact a gigantic lie because how on earth could there be any available copies if people who preordered half a year in advance could not even receive their copies?

I Also received the same email that my ordered has been canceled. I also ordered mine during the re selling on JAN 17th and was charged in full. If our orders have truly been canceled then they should re fund us our money and give us a free copy of standard edition plus DLC or something around those lines they should do some worth it in order to keep us as a valued customer. this is the first and last time I order directly from a vendor online. Next time I am getting the game at a physical store or amazon.

Well got done with consumer service and yep my order was cancelled. I bought this at 9:58 which was exactly when it came out... How can it be sold out in like 20 seconds.

This is very disappointing as I cancelled my Ni no Kuni preorder at gamestop 2 days after I was able to place my order for WE at the Namco Store. You guy could of at least let us know that my order was cancelled the day of instead of waiting days and missed my chance of getting my bonus DLC. This is a real kick in the face.

Add me to the list of people who have received cancellation emails after being told that the order was processing. I actually was on hold with Digital River tonight for 30 minutes, then spoke to two people for a total of 15 minutes (including a supervisor), who told me that the reason people are being told *after* they got the cancellation email that their orders are still valid is because they hadn't told everyone on their teams that they oversold. So basically, as we are all aware at this point, this company has NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I'll be checking back in the next 24 hours to see what actually happens with the order, but rest assured, I won't be ordering anything from Namco Bandai or Digital River ever again.
