maybe a lawsuit is no viable because the money involved but ill keep looking on any legal posibilities, also i opened a Fb page for us to gather and take any action in the future.

Don't want to be rude, but If Namco won't even look at their own FB page, I doubt they'll look at this one... :(

But I hope you can raise awareness! They can't get away with this...

Can we report Play-Canada to ebay? Its impossible for them to have 227 copies... Its fraud, no?

Just write to Play-Canada on ebay. They answer me this:

Hi there, we understand that Namco has done mass cancellations to their customers, however we work directly with Namco and they have already billed us and taken our payment. As they were overwhelmed with orders, they have delayed their shipping. We have double checked with Namco this morning over the phone, and they assure us we will be getting our shipment of games sometime next week. Your game will be immediately forwarded to you. It has always been a problem with pre-orders and we often have to ship a week later after release.

But, because of the issue with Digital River (the company that manages Namco's online store), we do not fully believe them until we receive them in our warehouse. In the very unlikely case our order does get cancelled, we will give you an immediate full refund and send you an Email.

In-case it is too long of a wait, we can refund and cancel you your order immediately. just let us know. Thank you for your patience.

Someone should write to gameinformer and ign about this. I would love to do it, but english is not my first language and my english grammar is pretty mess up. :/

I mentioned this in another thread, but is anyone ballsy enough to call them and impersonate a representative of the BBB and request to speak with a manager? Maybe we could get some answers...I'd do it, but I get horribly flustered and would not make a good impersonation of anything remotely official.

Namco/Digital River gave a special link to certain people last night so they can order again and some of those people already have shipping confirmations.

Complete garbage. Good going guys. I'm done with Namco Bandai.

I've got something going up on the front page of IGN a little later today. Having some backend issues. Keep a look out.
