Problem is that the only shipping option is still GROUND.

I'm fully expecting the packages to be completely destroyed, which is why I haven't put my order in yet.

What kind of packaging will Namco use? What is your return policy for damaged goods?

Second that, only thing from keeping me ordering is that ground shipping. Especially if it ends up you're using UPS, as I'm not paying 50% of more in brokerage fees when it shows up.

Can someone from Namco Bandai or Digital River please let us Canadians know what shipping company will be used for our orders. Please do not use UPS for shipment as they charge a significant amount for brokerage fees on arrival, which can usually amount to 30-50% on top of the cost of the item!

We would very much prefer that USPS be used for shipment to Canada. Thanks!
