i want to preorder ni no kuni...

i want to preorder "NI NO Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch" but i am worried will i be billed as soon as i preorder or when the game ships like with amazon and gamestop? because if my card is billed right away i won't be able to preorder the game but if it is when it ships i will be able to. can someone please tell me.

We have checked with our online e-commerce vendor and they have confirmed that you will NOT be billed or charged until the item has been shipped on their end. But depending on the credit card issuer or banking institution; the institution may choose to hold or reserve the charge amount as “pending” which can appear to be a “charge.” To confirm the status of the transaction, please check with your credit card issuer or banking institution. Which is a lie. I payed by paypal and i have already been billed. The money has been taken out of my account, and the game hasn't come out yet. I have also read it has happen to other people. The FAQ is wrong and outdated, and needs to be changed.

I don't know about Australia with the unfortunate news of GAME there, but you can get the Wizard's Edition at Play.com and Amazon.co.uk. Even if you're outside the UK you should still be able to pre order it fine with Amazon.

EDIT: GAME in the UK now have it available to pre-order too
