Should I buy this game?

It sounds like this game would be pretty cool. I've played a few other armored cores, and enjoyed them. It sounds like there are a lot of concerns about this game being primarily an online experience, but there are not enough people actually playing to really make the online play a fun experience. Is that true? I am really interested in playing this game, but not if I won't be able to do play the game just because the servers & game creation was poorly designed. I don't really want to just wait in a lobby and hope that someone comes by so that I can play online. If that isn't the typical game experience, then this game sounds like it would be pretty fun.

Is it worth the $45-$60 to buy the game?

Any feedback on this would be much appreciated.

So no one replied, and I decided to go ahead and buy it. Just doing solo player offline for now to get used to the game. Pretty fun so far.

I regret buying it but maybe you won't. In my opinion tho AC4 and ACForAnswer were WAY better

Don't Listen to nimrod here, go ahead and buy it, see for yourself. Depending on what server you are in, the Community is friendly and is always welcoming new players. Story is pretty non existant, but the multiplayer is definately worth it. Have fun! Look me up if you're on the XBOX in America

Solo offline? Why would you do that? Go online, enlist into a professional team, and it will be a ton more fun and a ton more easier, you're missing out on a lot of things.

So it was fun for a little bit, now... not so much. I kinda wish I had my $60 back... to be fair, I'd say them game is worth $20, unfortunately, when the game only costs $20, the entire community will be dead, since it is pretty much an online only game if you want any kind of challenge... I should have trusted my instincts.... When the official forums of a pretty much online only game are dead... that is NEVER a good sign regarding the life of its community... =( Anyone want to buy a copy of Armored Core V? =)

DO what YOU want to do.....The game is as fun as you make it and remember that if someone beats you it's not always the guns that made u lose.

Ya, I will =) has nothing to do with winning or losing, that is a part of every game =) The game is just kind of boring, and I'm hoping some one else will enjoy the copy I have more than I did. Best of luck!
