A New Dragon Ball Fighting Game Project

Gameplay
Battle:
the objective of each battle is deplete your opponent's health bar. Battle takes place on a 3D Plane similar to the Ultimate Tenkaichi Series but highly more advanced, where the characters can move around freely and most can fly through certain objects such as Nimbus or the Skydancing technique and etc. also characters are able to fight in the air, under water, walk, and run.

to unleash super attacks characters must rely on Ki gauges, most characters can also transform, where they gain more super attacks and increased strength and speed.

New Elements:
Saiyan Tail Removal: a ability to cut off a Saiyan's tail, thus preventing them from becoming a Great Ape during the match.

Full Moon/Power Ball Destruction: a ability to destroy a Full Moon or a Power Ball, thus preventing a Saiyan's ability to transform into a Great Ape.

Familiar Elements Return:
Epic Beam Struggle: more realistic to the anime such as the Galick Gun vs Kamehameha and etc, causing strong winds to blow and flying debris and environmental sky changes.

Epic Slugging: when ever two characters collide they begin the exchange blow with one and another at a rapid until, a victor is decided. more similar to the Dragon Ball anime trilogy.

Epic Vanishing Slugging: teleport and fighting all across the entire battlefield, more realistic to the Dragon Ball Anime Trilogy.

Certain Characters with special abilities:
Androids: will not show up on radar, unless locked onto. however they can charge up their Ki, like normal fighter.

Large Characters: don't flinch from certain characters, unless their in some way stronger.

Scouter: can lock onto an opponent from anywhere using the scouter, however it takes a few moments for them to turn the scouter on and begin looking around.

Hercule: certain characters don't flinch from any of Hercule's attacks. however if Hercule is customized this weakness can be easily overcome.

Blast Combo: returning from Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Sonic Sway: more realistic. returning from Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Rush Ki Blast: returning from Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Z Burst Dash: Returning from Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Z-Counter: Returning from Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Cancel System: returning from the Raging Blast Series.

Majin Buu: slowly regenerates health during a battle.

Complete Area Destruction: more realistic to the Dragon Ball Trilogy Anime, and more advanced than Ultimate Tenkaichi.

More Realistic Battle Damage: more similar to the Dragon Ball Trilogy Anime and more advanced than Ultimate Tenkaichi.

Great ideas about the map
I like the characters to but i would also like it if the had custom characters
i would have to go more into detail about it
but other thatn that your ideas were great
i have those same ideas and more in my post "Make Dragon ball heroes into a video game and call it raging blast 3"
I didnt list a character roster put i think i like yours the best
what they need to do is keep the characters from raging blast 2 and the graphics then add the extra ones that you named

Its a bunch of great ideas and a lot to put into a game. But i'm at the point were we should have better cutomization. Something were you have complete custom control over every little asspect of your character. N definetly 4 way style multiplayer.
