Mr.Awesome I think zasa could pull some strings becasue in the scbd and sc 4 he was able to communicate in the future etc.

Thing is Tekken characters can make use of weapons. Though haven't use it myself.... it appears that characters are able to make use of the weapons. This would be doable. Of course, vise versa, would be possible, but that would be too much work, because Soul Calibur IV is a weapon oriented game...

I've just realised how the mix of armed and unarmed would work:

Use the Soul Edge weapon break system but make it much easier to do. Thus both the Tekken and the SC characters would be forced to fight both with and without weapons, making them evenly matched without taking away eithers main combat style.

A manual weapon break similar to the clothes ditching in BD would be required though.
