New soul series in the modern world

I wish they made a new soul series after calibur. Hope Siegfried finds himself in the modern world. Maybe there'll be descendants of old warriors from the past and one wielding a hi-tech weapon unlike the two soul swords.

What would you call the new series? Or remain it soul calibur.

What kind of character would you guys like in the series and wonder if there'll be a techno-magical sword.

NO ....It was bad enough Starwars being in the game, but no more. As a fan of historical moments and the middle ages, I say no. That would throw off the whole theme of "shaping history." This a and the only 15th century fighting game not Halo. SC stands out for it being the way it is, and not being Tekken.. they can't change it until they fully explore the middle ages which they have not yet. There is so much they have yet to explore. It wouldn't even make much sense in the future.

Besides, it would have lesser sales if that happens. (At least for me)

First of all he is not an asshole...
Secondly, it Is a bad idea...
Why? Because it would ruin the atmosphere, the feeling the SC creates. An example of the future in SC were the Star Wars chars and to be honest they were partially ruining the flow of the story. Honestly, they sucked...
If you guys wanna play another game that is set in the future, play MGS, Call of Duty and if you really want it to be a fighting one play Tekken, or anything else that is set in that timeline...
Pfff..... I really don't wanna see SC losing its uniqueness and feeling it gives in its next sequel, not after what it's been to...
