TTT2 no visual impacts option ? or not

like doa or vf, no visual impact! no red spurt, no yellow round thingy... just the best violent game with no juggle (option hopefully added) and no 'videogamy' visual impact to each blows.
do you agree to the addition of an option that would rid the game from visual impacts?

i need both visual impacts and juggles to be made optional to buy the game, even preorder it.
