wow...no offence but are you all crying about gundams?i'd simply execute myself if i stooped to crying over poorly animated robots not coming to my country..it's not about a new generation of games pushing old ideas into the fire..it's about an already crappy idea gettinng put in the fire where it belongs..theres very few old school crap ideas i still support but robots isn't one of them..thumbs up for spamming every forum in the world untill dot hack//online gets created?--thumbs up twice if you can all bring it's interface and combat-leveling system to a basic science and your wondering how it hasen't been created by the very people who brain-stormed the franchize to begin with?---gundams suck-.-

wow no offence but it is people like you who are the reason that gundam games donot come out in america. Why do you bring down our efforts sure you may not like gundam and lord knows everyone is entitled to their opinion but instead of helping our cause you hurt it by posting meaningless Things like this. I am not a huge fan of dot hack// but you dont see me crapping on it and if the tables were turned I would help you to get dot hack// to america. my mission is to get to play all the great gundam games that never see the light of day outside of japan and if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem and i respectfully ask that you keep your meaningless comments to yourself. Did i mention no offence???

I feel yall pain i loved gundam since 2001 big fan. Im frustrated at namco bandai because excuse my language they suck seriously sell the gundam franchise it will save us the horrible to mediocre games they put out. I still have all the ps2 gundam games that came out in the states Federation vs zeon,Zeonic front,gundam vs zeta gundam,encounters in space and journey to jaburo. I love those games to this day and i play them when im not on my ps3 or in my spare time. I dont know what the **** is the deal with bandai or namco or whatever but the gundam universe itself has so much potential to be a triple A title or b at best.When i watch the animes (just the U.C. by the way) im like,"wow if they can fucking emplement that into a game that will be bad ass''. Face it everyone we will never get a gundam game that will blow us away with bandai namco at the helm you know. Gundam is to Japan to what star wars is to America they feel if it has the name gundam on it its gonna sell but it does mediocre over in the states. I just want a gundam game where its every gundam game put into one massive ass 32 player battle scenarios land,colony,or space and trust me it will be the best gundam game in my lifetime if this happens. Just take FvsZ land battles with no orange barrier add zeonic front and Journey to jaburo features also add a cover system to avoid fire add what worked in crossfire and 0081 fuse that together and add encounters in space type of game play for the space battles and this will be the best fucking gundam game ever. (imagine 32 player multiplayer) add musais and salamis and dopps,saberfish,mangellas and feddie tanks as npcs to keep the game action packed and have different game modes..think about it. and @ shinagami or whatever stop trolling if this is a free country if people want to speak their mind and have opinions let them do as they please your average just like the rest of us (who the **** are you) gundam is the grandaddy of mecha anyway alot of franchise dont give them credit for it though and they were kind of the second sci-fi you could see (1st star wars you could see)..

The last Gundam game I purchased was Gundam vs. Zeta. And since then I have only seen "spinoff" games that make me want to vomit. I sincerely thought that Gundam: the 3d Battle would fix this, I even bought a 3DS in anticipation(now it is collecting dust) I can state with 100 percent certainty that until you bring over a TRUE gundam game to the USA I will not purchase any other games from you.

I consider myself to be one of the few TRUE gundam fans. I only follow the "official timeline" starting with Mobile Suit Gundam through Unicorn Gundam. The pathetic mecha anime excuses that got the Gundam Label such as gundam seed, wing, 00, Age to name a few are a complete insult. A further insult to fans like myself is the whole concept of "Gundam Dynasty Warriors." I can understand that most of these pre-pubescent, don't know any better, jump on the bandwagon fanboys are into the filth and rubbish you are producing recently. Fine, make garbage for them too. Just, dont forget that the fans like myself that GREW UP on the ORGINAL and MADE the franchise what it is, are the ones with ACTUAL income, capable of making purchases. SO..yeah cater to the new market but don't hang the original supporters out to dry like they did with Universal Century Online.

I have played many Gundam games and liked each one. All have there up's and downs but all are great. What pisses me off is that in the last few years the only Gundam games that have come to North america are the Dynasty Gundam series. That is annoying like where are every other game you guys have in Japan. could you at least produce a englsh patch for them which we could buy on PSN or something so we can continue to enjoy the Gundam games? is that to hard

I think the problem really lies in Bandai/Namco's unwillingness to make a Gundam game that shoots for winning awards. In America we value games that compete for various titles which prove that the games are amazing. Uncharted, Killzone, Halo, Mass Effect, etc; all of these games are amazing because when they are being made the people making them want to be competitive. The Gundam games have never been competitive, and their sales in America reflect that. They sell great in Japan because Gundam is a national Icon in Japan; the people who buy Gundam games in U.S. are the same people who buy them in Japan: we buy Gundam games because we love Gundam, not because the games are competitive.

So the real question is this: Why doesn't Bamco put forth a serious effort to create a Gundam game that could win Game of the Year?

Battlefield Record 0081 is really fun because of its online features, and its anime story int he single play, but it isn't a good game--not really. The missions in free mode are repetitive, and all the fun stuff like dopps, magellas, Lagoons, etc...from story mode are pulled out of the game's free mode. I have over 1200 hours of gameplay put into 0081; I love it more than any Gundam game ever made, but it still doesn't compare to the experience of playing something intensely fast-paced like Star Hawk, or something with the story telling elements and character driven intensity of Heavy Rain, nor does it feel expansive like Skyrim. It needs to. It's a game franchise like any other, and damnit, Gundam is amazing. Gundam deserves to have a title that wins Game of the Year.

All I want to say is, the Gundam VS series has been badly mistreated.
Only 2 main entries released in the US and translated.

You guys(Bandai-Namco) gave up on it due to bad sales and a bad stupidly informed review IGN gave years back when Gundam vs Zeta Gundam was out.
Yet the next 2 entries which were the SEED games had a better engine, it would have done potentially better then the first since also alot of people like Gundam SEED at the time.

Also on another way, you just leave Gundam vs Gundam in Japan only.
Never thought to put it out there despite the PSP being region free.


Finally all I want to say also is, I've never appreciated the fact the only games you guys seem to put out is Dynasty Warriors Gundam.
I would appreciate more variety then hacking and slashing thousands of enemies repetitively .

Please put more games out there.

I Hope that Namco Bandai listen to us because ther are two Gundam Games that should come out in English

1. Gundam Unicorn- Those who did not Have a chance whatching the OVA series or those who enjoy playing Gundam Unicorn in Dynasty Warriors:Gundam 3
can it again but this time the game recaps Esp. 1-3 with some parts not in the series. I more dissapointed that the Jp. Verson get the game, Blu-ray of 1-3 and I Belive a book all in one pack.

2. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED: Battle Destiny- Namco Bandai's portable battle royale hits the PS Vita. Fans Can choose their favorite Gundam from Seed to SEED Destiny. None of the portable Gundam games came out outside of japan. I Think this should be the first one out.

If Bandai DO NOT release these games it will upset alot of gundam fans world wide.

man i love gundam and all my friends love gundam and most of their friends do too! im willing to admit that most of the younger players may not know what gundam is but that doesnt mean you shouldnt release it here! until the next game we get looks like i will just have to stick to playing Gundam DW 3
