The Global Brand Manager will plan and develop long-term brand/product strategies, oversee development of product portfolio, liaise with product development studios and develop and execute marketing programs to achieve or exceed overall division financial goals. This position will be expected to coordinate with other regional team to ensure a united and single global brand product launch program and own the implementation and execution of integrated marketing plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the process of strategic positioning, competitive analysis, and marketing products across console & digital platforms.

Create and manage budget and provide oversight for individual P&L for the assigned titles to effectively manage assigned products throughout its entire lifecycle to maximize sales

Create and implement integrated marketing plans

Drive and deliver best-in-class marketing concepts through various digital outlets including social media

Collaborate with sales and other departments to track product sales and maximize product sell-thru

Conduct focused product and market research to analyze market demand and trends

Research opportunities for products and develop related product plans

Direct external creative agencies and internal creative resources the implementation of marketing campaigns

Manage relationships with creative development, media and technology resources, reviewing budgets and timelines for projects

Negotiate pricing of creative and other services with vendors and agencies
-
Work effectively with internal cross-functional teams including Interactive Marketing, Marketing Communications, Development and IT
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

5+ years experience in videogame marketing, consumer packaged goods marketing, or entertainment product marketing.

3+ years experience in managing creative resources
-
Proven track record of successful marketing project management and leadership roles

Experience in developing sales forecasts and managing P&L statements for products

Experience in managing licensed products and coordinating approval through licensors

Extensive knowledge and passion for the video game industry

Background and knowledge of marketing fundamentals including positioning, market analysis, advertising and PR
-
Ability to innovate in marketing campaigns and apply broader perspective to responsibilities

Thorough understanding of sales and channel marketing within the video game industry, as well as experience in partnering with major retailers

Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Successful management of multiple complex projects

Strong team player who works with internal and external partners effectively

Some travel required and typically consists of short-term trips of one week or less
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with coursework in Marketing, Sales, Finance and/or Business. MBA a plus.
